LUNCHBOX & COFFEE REFILL PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Redcliffe & Temple Business Improvement District (BID) employees and associates are excluded from the draw. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. The competition is open for entries until midnight on 25th June 2023.

The Prize

There will be 2 winning prizes, one for the ‘Bring your own lunchbox’ entry and one for the ‘Coffee Refill’ entry, both prizes include a £50 Love Bristol Gift Card, and two Mabboo Bamboo lunchboxes and cutlery sets. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. Redcliffe & Temple BID’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided during the week commencing 26 June 2023. Redcliffe & Temple BID will make two attempts to contact the winner via their Instagram handle that they entered on. If the winner does not respond to the messages informing them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Redcliffe & Temple BID reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

Once contacted, Redcliffe & Temple BID will arrange to meet the winning participants at Finzel’s Reach or Temple Quay Market as required, to deliver their prize.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Redcliffe & Temple BID for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. The winner’s first name will be announced on Redcliffe & Temple BID’s website and social media channels.
