HENRY V AT TEMPLE CHURCH PRESALE

Epic outdoor theatre at its best!

Bristol’s favourite ‘Site Specific Theatre Masters’ (Bristol 24/7) Insane Root make their joyful return in 2025, with a thrilling and unique all-female/non-binary version of Shakespeare’s Henry V specifically created for Bristol’s iconic Temple Church, a haunting, bombed-out medieval ruin.

Bursting with original songs from acclaimed composer Ellian Showering (Rumpelstiltskin, The Tempest, Hansel & Gretel), and directed by Natalie Simone (nominated for Best Director in the Off West End Awards for The Ugly One), this visceral production will linger in your imagination for years to come.

“This is Shakespeare at its best: involved, atmospheric, and understood.” Bristol 24/7 on Macbeth

**** “For those who think Shakespeare isn’t for them, Insane Root is the company to change those minds.” – Reviews Hub on Romeo & Juliet
