PGI is an EU framework that gives legal protection to the name Cornish Pasty and stops inferior products from being passed off as genuine. Their pasties are hand crimped in Cornwall and freshly baked at our shop. They offer a variety of pasties and sausage rolls for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan-friendly selections.
