Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition, often described as ‘meditation in motion’.
Although Tai Chi is a martial art it is more widely practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
The many benefits of Tai Chi may include decreased stress, improved mood, increased energy, stamina, and flexibility.
