‘My experience of this program has been positive as I have enjoyed the interactive nature of it, with a variety of course options available throughout the day to accommodate my busy work schedule. By using SeedL, I can make the most of my time by being able to add each course straight to my work calendar as soon as I sign up for it. I like that some of the courses are shorter than others, providing bite-size learning that I can complete throughout the week. It is also great that you can watch the recording back if I happen to miss any when they are live!’

At the end of Q1 we awarded our top learner for SeedL with a trophy to congratulate them for completing the most amount of online learning.

Since launching our partnership with SeedL in February, we have seen a variety of our levy-paying businesses take advantage of the platform’s unlimited courses. As a reward for their hard work, we will award trophies every quarter to our top learners. Kemka Nwaorgu from Places for People is our first top learner for Redcliffe & Temple BID. We recently presented him with his trophy and discussed the benefits he has received since using the SeedL platform.

What has your experience been like using SeedL?
WHAT’S BEEN YOUR FAVOURITE COURSE?
‘My favourite course so far has been the PDP courses and I have enjoyed being taught by Jo Shepherd as she is a very interactive trainer. I’ve also enjoyed the stress management and wellbeing modules as they allow me to step away from stressful work situations to help me relax. This is especially important as mental health and wellbeing are such key players in everyday life and any support towards this is always greatly appreciated. I have encouraged my colleagues to make use of SeedL to learn as much as possible, it’s such a valuable resource for learning.’
WHAT ELSE HAVE YOU LIKED ABOUT USING IT?
I’ve found all the courses to be highly informative, making the learning not only useful but also enjoyable! The platform is user friendly and it’s easy to browse the course options available, I will definitely be making the most of it!’
