Developers announce further plans for exciting projects, Soapworks and One Portwall Square11 October 2019
Mixed-use developer First Base has released the first images of the potential future use for the landmark Soapworks building, formerly the Gardiner Haskins warehouse, within the proposed new BID area.
The images released depict the uses of the Soapworks building once it has been renovated which includes modern, flexible and creative commercial and co-working space, as well as a vibrant and independent food and drink offer.

Furthermore, developer Nord has announced it's plans for a former car park and squash court to the rear of 100 Temple Street. This area will be developed into a six story office block with the plans including a new ‘pocket square’ in front of the building with space for pop-up retailers.
