In March the Cleansing team kept pavement areas, high contact locations and levy payer premises clean and inviting.

The team are strategically deep cleaning the pavements and business doorways within the area, the pavements of Redcliff Street, a busy street used by workers and residents being the current focus.

Bristol Light Festival returned at the beginning of March and for the first time we partnered with the light festival to bring three installations to the Redcliffe and Temple area. The Cleansing team did a brilliant job deep cleaning the locations beforehand and making sure the areas around the installations were kept tidy, clean, and welcoming for festival visitors.

The team did an excellent job removing unwanted graffiti and deep cleaning the outdoor areas of Totos By The River, ready for customers to use their outdoor space in the warmer and sunnier days.

The team removed 225 items of graffiti from over 131 different locations in March. The team completed advanced training on superior graffiti removal products which will help with removing stubborn graffiti and reduce the risk of repeat tagging in certain areas.

Help us reduce prolific graffiti by reporting criminal damage to the police via their online reporting system. Report Graffiti Here.
