The area proposed for this new BID has seen massive change in recent years. The number of people living and working in the area has increased significantly and will continue to rise as several large development initiatives are completed.

A BID would allow the businesses to work together to increase the appeal of the area for staff, residents and visitors. The Redcliffe and Temple area could be transformed still further to become a vibrant, dynamic place which is open for business, where things happen and where more people want to live and spend their leisure time.

Below are just two examples of how the Redcliffe and Temple area is being regenerated:

Redcliff Quarter
This new development is located between Redcliff Street and St Thomas Street. It is an exciting £250m regeneration project set on 3.3 acres of derelict land which will transform the area with new homes including a 22 storey residential building. Cafes and restaurants, a hotel, a much anticipated European style food court, shops and offices will also be included. Phase two of this eagerly awaited development is underway with completion in 2022.
