Join us for a short and sharp 30-minute, high intensity interval (HIIT) training session at Temple Gardens in partnership with Stark Fitness. Using mainly bodyweight movements, you’ll work against the clock to perform the given exercises in a circuit style format. Go as hard as you can at your own pace – all abilities welcome!
